Our real estate expertise gives us a clear depiction of actual operating costs for Class A and other types of properties.
For Tenants: We identify opportunities for savings — including finding overcharges, mistakes, and ways to reduce rental obligations. We assist you in obtaining credits and refunds from the landlord. We have also been involved in lease reviews where there were disputes between tenants and subtenants.
For Landlords : We confirm whether the terms of the lease are being carried out — alerting you to potential underbillings. If you have a participating interest, we review the tenant’s operating results to ensure that they are complying with the lease.
For Landlords and Tenants: In negotiations, we cut through the complexities to find solutions agreeable to both the landlord and tenant. We seek to limit or eliminate the expense of arbitration and litigation.
